"Started running regularly again over the past few months, but my old Asics weren't holding up after a couple of years. I Decided to go with Asics again and I'm happy I did.

So far they have been awesome for running (e.g. light, flexible, supportive.) Mine fit great and they seem to run true to size, I have a very wide size 15 foot and the 15/ 4E was perfect. I Would recommend these or other Asics to anybody for running etc."

"I wore a pair of Asics Gel 1160's for 2 months and the mesh part near the toes ripped completely in half. The shoes look like they were chewed by an animal of some sort but have only experienced moderate use. I have wore asics before for trail running, distance, mud races ect and have never had a problem like with this particular pair/model of shoe. I e-mailed the Company offering them a chance to rectify the situation with no response. I would avoid these shoes as they are not extremely durable. "
